This letter is written to say you all that we are very appreciated to having this opportunity for being entertained during one of the harshest era of our history. We are here to say thanks and also ask you some help, as your loyal users who were always referred you as the best entertaining website in Persian language in the world, that for sure would get much bigger when we get rid of limits of access to internet (Filtering), hoping you would consider to grant us some more kindly favors that we are going to explain here:

- The first an most important issue: We are facing with terrible issues of getting connected to games. all because most connection ports are filtered in Iran and we have to use vpn and proxy systems that they have their own issues (very slow connections, lack of security and privacy, etc...). Therefore we need you to implement some proxy connections and perhaps SSL tunnels to ditch restrictions.

- Many of our players are getting banned just because they have same ip address and it makes a false alarm about multi accounting. But this is very common because most internet connections in Iran are dynamic and also many of us are using same vpn system with same ip address as we explained the cause above.

- Despite there are thousands of Farsi-language people are using this sites, but there is still no vulgar filters for Persian language, So please add that list to your software to make it more comfortable place for our young members and all other decent people.

- We need more tournaments with lower buy-ins that fits our weekends. We are sure you know Thursdays and Fridays are weekend in most of mid-east countries.

- Our regional manager, So....oosh always says he has no power for certain policies that will apply our demands, and he says he is not responsible in most of bans. This is a big doubt of all of us, so please confirm if this is right or correct his words.

- Several of our players are suspicious about unfair actions about getting disconnected right after they have a good hand or changing their destiny while they are definitely supposed to win. we know this game is poker and there is no guaranty to win, we are known as people who invented this game, we have legends in Poker hall of fames and WSOP, but there are rumors about card dealing systems and unfair intervention during games. So we need some rational explanation about your card dealing system to clarify uninformed players.

- Sometimes we face with curses from other people just because we are Iranian, without getting the fact that it is our government that makes enemy, not us. Few of them think we are all criminals and swear on us but we have no way to prove their racist actions. we need more observation on this matter.
We are very eager to have a response from you to make sure your are caring about us and we are treating like other nations.

- در حالی که هزاران فارسی زبان در این سایت حضور دارند، اما هنوز فی..لتر لغات بی ادبانه برای ما فعال نشده است. بنابراین لطفا این لیست را به برنامه تان اضافه که کنید تا بازیها برای اعضای جوان و همه مردم محترم دیگر، محل راحت تری شود.
- ما نیاز به مسابقه هایی داریم که هم هزینه کمتری داشته و هم با آخر هفته های ما جور در بیاید. ما مطمئن هستیم که شما مطلعید در بیشتر کشور های خاور میانه، پنج شنبه و جمعه روزهای آخر هفته ما هستند.
