new version is good, but i cant play in high stakes if i dont have much chips

My husband (WORLD.WINNER) hit jackpot on 100/200 stake on hand number 999588446. the jackpot was of 1.7m and there was no split hit of jackpot on the table and it was clear win of him. here is the summary of the hand:
GameDesire Game #999588446: Table Ickaelish (6 max) - $100/$200 - No Limit Hold'em - 21:49:49 UTC - 2012/07/21 *** SUMMARY *** Total pot $4800 | Rake $120 Board: [4 6 A 2 3] Seat 1: derdow showed [A J] and lost with a flush, Ace high Seat 2: malfas1@ge3 folded on the Flop Seat 4: Lu3Lu folded on the Flop Seat 5: WORLD.WINNER showed [5 5] and won ($4680) with a straight flush, Six high in the summary you can clearly see that only he hit the jackpot but he received only 400k instead out of 1.7m. i want to know from admin that why he has not received total jackpot of 1.7m. he have screenshot of next hand in which it is still showing 1.7m which will justify that the jackpot was of 1.7m which he has not received. waiting for admin or super admin to clarify the reason and if it is system mistake than he request to provide him rest of the chips of jackpot which will be 1.3m as he has already received 400k out of 1.7m. Becouse he was playing in low stakes the bigger stakes that bigger jackpot

why it matters if i am playing on small stake or high stake? jackpot is jackpot and requirement to hit jackpot is that one has to satisfy what he required the cards to hit jackpot,,,no matters what stake the player is playing.
