hey , i get this message when i try to run poker exe file : error no 23, cannot establish connection with server, reconnection time limit has expired , what should i do ?

i download poker exe file and then when i want to install that i get this error :
cannot download file http://cached.gamedesire.com/ganymede/pokers/misc_1_0_3_5.cab.installation aborted i uninstall last file and i delete cookie and i used mozilla firefox and other explorer but i cant istall poker exe yet !!!! how can i install it? thanks 303 days 11 hours ago | |
