Admin please explain to me why account Sammy_91 and Beatriz_83 has been banned? we're sending email to support and have not received any answers till now. We spent very much time and money to those accounts can't just take it away like this.. if u guys not treat us (loyal players) with respect how can we respect u guys and make this site better?

what we need to know is what kind of fraud and what is the connection to us...All we know is we just received some chips from cousin like million time before and we didn't do anything. For example if someone hate me sent me some unknown chips and i'm being punished for this...? and yes.. i will send one more email hope u guys can really take a time to answer to us this time...

As far as I know 3/4 of my coworkers answered your emails regarding this case!

it's joke isn't it? So u tell me if now someone just sent me some chips u just say those chips are from fraud and u blocked me? And i am sitting duck? cause as far as i concern we don't have option to not received chips? is that all u can do to protect us? And what do u mean compids are the same as frauders compid? it's all just your words with no prove cause i know for the fact those 2 accounts from 2 friends of mine they didn't use the same comp.
