Yesterday the hacker attack took place on the GameDesire web page. Apart from the graphics (main page banner) and forum failure we haven’t experience any operation problems. What is more we haven’t experienced any data leakage as well!
Player’s accounts, passwords and any other confidential information are completely safe and weren’t the subject of this attack. By the way, please note that any ADMIN / Support employee doesn’t have access to player’s passwords! We apologize for any inconvenience! 1 year 6 days ago |

Hey Addmin. My friend comes here through yahoo and she is having trouble accessing her account. Also there are things being changed on her account that she is not doing such as pictures being changed. How can she contact you guys to report the problem?

Been on this site for 5 years now and my first probs have occured.. Could not access any poker games yesturday...blank page. Finally tonight I had access then played a table $5000 sitting at table then lost connection no fault of my cpu...now those chips have not been returned.. A big thank-you..and a big Hmmm? starting now????

Problem 1: 99% of the time GameChips are back in the players account in a real time. Sometimes there is a small (like 5min) delay.
Problem 2: Click right mouse button on the game window than choose -> global settings -> remove all. This might help. What's your Flash version? If not 11.2 please make an update. 355 days 8 hours ago |

For me, If my flash is outdated, a screen will popup telling me a new version is available, and I click on download to get the update. It downloads and installs instantly.
