The table and the chairs have disappeared. Only space remains.... What happened? IS this a permanent change??

Well, what can I say, the table, and chairs are gone in Texas Holdem. See screen shot

The problem was isolated as happening only when a particular table view is selected. It is the red table with green background which is the first from the right on the bottom row in the selection of table views. When this is selected then no table appears and the old table disappears.
