thx for your job and your effort ,but there is some mistake and problem for more players,
for iranian players connection ports are filtered and we must use vpn connection ,when we use vpn connection ,speed of connect get so low and we lost play or connection to the table....
and i see more players (iranian and more countries) that thay change them country to poland and in more times they are glad and successful !!
plz solve problems because you are admin and just admin can do it , not me

Thank you all for opinions. I have to assure you that we are not blocking any player solely because of multi-accounting. We are aware that players usually have more than one account, in many cases more then 10. For this purpose we only block players who have more than 1000 accounts. If there is blockade - usually we have other reasons. Please let me know which nicknames have been blocked unjustly in your opinion, I will look into this matter, maybe there is something we can do.

I will send your concerns abour connectivity to our specialists. Please remember, that all our games require steady and uninterrupted internet connection, so we may not be able to help in case of accessing site through VPN or Proxy. Also I assure you we don't block anyones access, we don't disconnect people during game on purpose, we want to give every player equal chance to play, there are no "favourite" nations that are winning more often than others. Such claims are comming from player frustrations and we understand that.

I will make sure that anti-vulgar words filter will be implemented soon for your language. Numbers of tournaments will be increased in next week, I will ask So....oosh about details to make sure they are organised in best possible time for all Persian players to participate.

Although I'm not responsible for most bans, there are many of my colleagues who are also admins, you can all send me question regarding ban reason. I will try to help in any matter related to this topic.

I also want you to know that I'm personally proud that our games are multinational, that's why I want to make sure that Persian community will be treated equally as all others. If there are any cases that players from other countires are offending you simply because of your nationality, please let us know. I will ban severely in such cases.
