There might be a problem with your browser. Probably, you have set your security level too high. Set your security level as Medium and you should avoid the problem. To install our game you need to do have admin priviledges.

If you still cannot install our games, try to download and launch one of the game sets:

The games are installed automatically when started for the first time. When a new game is made available on the server, the new version of the game replaces the outdated files. If the new game does not install itself automatically, it is necessary to remove the previous version of files from the disc manually, deleting both graphic and music files, as well as game codes. Then, when starting the game for the second time, the system should install a new version of the game.

Outdated game file versions are the most frequent reason why the error described as Server transmission error is given.




Our games use 5000-5100 TCP port numbers to communicate with our servers. Check your firewall and configure that in that way that such communication will be possible.

If the default ports are not available, our games will try to use so called 'emergency ports' if possible, those are the commonly used ports (21,22,23,81,443,1080,3128,8080) and thus should not be blocked, but it is not always the case, so the connection using emergency ports can fail as well.
