Q: What will happen if I get disconnected from the game online?

A: If you get disconnected from the game online and you do not return it in 60 seconds, your game is saved as an interrupted one, with no penalty points.

Q: I am playing on a small interface and I cannot change it to a large one while playing. Why?

A: You cannot do it because the game window that you have opened handles small interfaces only. To change into a large interface you must stop the game, change the view in the main menu and start a new game. Then, similarly, you will not be able to change the large interface into a small one.

Q: I lost all my moneys - what can I do to play again?

A: You can get credit from bank - go to Account menu at main page of our web site and select My Bank tab - you can borrow money there.
