Just A very small Question

In the Tournament Panel Section, can we please have a line indicating what level we are on. Don't worry its no big deal its just easier to glance and see instead of counting whole clock time and dividing by time per level, or by SB & BB Blinds.

Why don't I just do the maths, because I am busy calculating if I should call your all in with Ah 7h 2c on the community board, and 7s & 2d in my hands......lol

( For those who don't know he used to change his nic every year, but with the events of " Hacker Gate " and the results of the voting pole carried out in 2010. A new nic should be a non issue. So there shouldn't be any announcements.)

Mobile Phone Number.....AND......The Safe.

In the interests of safety and security and peace of mind , I feel I must contribute.

If any member is unsure, please left click the GamesChips / Vip Club Tab at the top of your screen.
Now look at the left side of your screen and click "SAFE"........( Its at the bottom see it. )

Your are now at the Official GameDesire "SAFE" page, and if you are using the safe for the 1st time the sign up box appears to be intact.

You will notice that there is a mobile phone option, with a explanation at the bottom of the page as to why GameDesire require it. ( IE if you lose/forget your password )

If you have already signed up for "The Safe" the page may appear different.

Please note.........

If any member has not chosen the mobile phone option , then I would strongly suggest they E-Mail W4RP or R Webber Directly and explain the situation to them.

I just had a thought, Game Desire why not give a ( ------ ) Colour Medal to every Tournament Winner. With the exception of Heads Up, Quick Shots and Double Or Nothing winners.

And because it is a ( ------ ) Colour Medal, All players will know you won a Tournament.

I have been playing a few Autos of late, I do not think the Final Winner deserves a Purple or Blue Medal...But IMHO I do think a 5K "Freeze Out"..NO REBUYS Tournament winner deserves a medal.

I would adjust the minimum entrants to 20 players, and then the winner would get a (-------) Colour Medal.

The reason why I suggest this is because the majority of players seem to be regular Micro or Low Stakes, with a few Medium Stakers thrown in.

Winning a Tournament ie coming FIRST out of a Minimum 20 entrants,Is/Would be a real confidence boost for any regular Micro Or Low Stake player.

Go on Game Desire 1/20 is a achievement, Reward them with a different colour medal.

In the Advanced Version............

The Button is a reasonable colour and size, A nice big back pattern icon of the hole cards tells me QUICKLY ,..How many people are still in the hand, My position to them and a Quick Glance also tells me..My relationship to The Button,..I can also quickly assess how much to bet based on my position to the current chip leader,..I might NOT want Her/Him to put me All In, so I might check-fold or check-raise. To decide quickly on a fast table, I need to see who has got what amount of chips in relation To Me, The Table, and The Button and sometimes even The Pot.

I also like the layout in regular view of the Fold,Check, or Raise Option Panel, as well as the Plus or Minus Slider.

Also in Advanced I love "Doing The Maths" SO for my concentration levels I want to be the one to decide the bet I don't need the pre arranged betting options. and I love the actual 15 sec FIGURES countdown. And being a bit personal If I want my Red Carpet & Red Table Cloth together It seems unavailable in Flash.

If there is a "showdown" I personally love working out,and counting
"The Outs" ie any 9 I lose any heart gives her a higher flush etc,etc

When I am Squinting in flash I don't even know if her Ace Kicker is a 8 or a 6 because the whole cards view is to small. And what exactly did beat me...?, even when my opponent has decided to "show" I could not see if I was beaten by a Ace or was the kicker a club for the flush or used in a straight.......?

This report was just on Ring Games, I understand in flash you cannot get the tournament panel, So with that and the above, for me Flash would be terrible for Tournament Play,.....Can you see clearly....

"The Sit Outs and The Not Present Crew".....???

The Flash Version does have some good ideas, the Information panel when you click on your opponents photo id is very,very detailed and it seems better in Flash.

However I personally do not want the full detail immediately all the time.

So in order for this aspect to be better in Advanced, I would keep Advanced as it is but I would add a LINK button to get that full detail that flash expertly gives you.

While we are on the subject I would also include a Stat Percentage directly into the current Advanced Version

Example.... Games Played Verse's Chips Won MINUS Chips Lost......
is XX Amount of wins in PERCENTAGE. ( Or their experience level )

( This information is already currently freely available in Advanced, but you have to do some maths to get that info about your opponent lol. )

I believe Advanced has a better overall NAVIGATION process, If I had the cheek to tell anyone what to do.......Then I would advise any Beginner,Intermediate,or High Stakes player to chose Advanced......

Please note these are MY experiences, I fully understand some people prefer Flash and I fully accept that.But hey at least Game Desire still gives US the choice.

Please note if anyone connects their COMPUTER/LAPTOP to a Huge screen with additional sound sources, then I WOULD urge you to give ADVANCED a try...WOW

Finally If anyone is a-gashed at the length of my reply, Then you should of seen the report I composed for a software company, assessing their Anti-Virus...lol now that was long, I guess Sometimes I cannot control myself........lol!

I was giving my laptop its monthly clean out..... and so the cookies and settings and preferences were all deleted from my Firefox Browser.

When I came back to Game Desire the Flash & Advanced options where there automatically after I logged in. I experimented and chose flash ........and then very very quickly changed to Advanced lol.

Maybe the Browser needs to be cleared first.....? Hope this info is useful.

Because I said at least he came back under his own name , DOES NOT mean I admire the man or think his actions are great, I simply mean if he would of sneaked in with a different name then the "Story" would not of gotten this big,

That was exactly my position until WR4P posted the link in another thread, And that is how I found out a statement had been made.

I personally would say once we the members know a statement has been made , then we know it is possible, then if any members are like me then maybe just maybe they can call for ANOTHER STATEMENT TO ADDRESS OUR CONCERNS & ISSUES.

I found threads were being closed ,( To My Horror & Disappointment ) and I at least did not know why.

I am beginning to think Game Desire & Some People don't actually read other peoples contributions....

I AM...... came back under his own name to face the music, And even I have to say at least he did that,

It has now been reveled that I AM ...... was found guilty of "helping to move STOLEN chips" he was not found guilty of being the actual hacker.

Ok I confess some people did not like you originally, but that is fair enough you have to accept that, its called being human.

The reason why the "News" is such a Big Event, is precisely because it involved you.

You accept that you was/are a very heavy contributor to the forums, This very fact is the exact reason why this story is so big. People instantly know who is being talked/written about........

A well known member on a game site, is running for President & The Majorship Of Texas, he is very helpful, kind funny and enjoys the whole site including the forums. Towards the end of the Year, it is discovered that he was involved in hacking/stealing ANOTHER MEMBERS chips....

Some members DO NOT LIKE THIS AND VOICE THEIR OPINIONS......

The previous candidate, then goes on a TIRADE...........

I will try and give a simple scenario, Imagine coming back to GameDesire in 3 days time and to your horror your account has been HACKED.....

JUST STOP AND THINK ABOUT THAT FOR 1 MIN

I didn't read or see or find any quote "Slaggers" unquote. What I read is honest peoples opinion on Hackers. And I wish to add my 2 cents worth.

Please look after your numerous honest and decent players and provide a enjoyable and pleasant Game Site for your customers. And for those that cross the line and indulge in Stealing/Hacking another players account, You must BAN FOR LIFE.

Please send a clear message that you do not want their custom here at Game Desire whoever they are.

I personally have corresponded with "WINNER" numerous times in these forums and I have to confess, I am very,very shocked by the news, Even those still defending "WINNER" are not actually saying "he didn't do it gov".....

What would of been interesting.... As "WINNER" obviously enjoys writing....

It would of been of interest to me to actually see in his own words a account of what happened. And then for comparison a account from the injured party.

But to make my position absolutely clear thou, if GameDesire found and was satisfied with enough proof to impose a TWO month ban.....Then why oh why is it not a Life Time Ban, And a freeze and seize of the account name.

IMHO Hacking another players account is the worst possible rule break you could do, Game Desire CANNOT WANT THAT PERSONS CUSTOM.

Finally I am fully aware of the length of my response and I do hope you The People (My Fellow Members) and GameDesire Admin have read it in full.

And I will leave the Final words with "Winner" himself, just look in the forums archives, and you will see numerous response's from "WINNER" on several topics of cheating.

Ironically from his tone in those topics it seems he himself would impose a

.........." LIFETIME BAN "............

The problem you have now is, unless you know the exact nic, you wont find him, he could of put in the fullstops or not and he could of put 2 m in Im or 3 n in Winner like this

[ i amm winner or i am winnner ]

Plus if he has stopped using it, it would make it almost impossible to find him.

Remember Game Desire does not do Side by Side Searches or Predictive Text Search or even Close Search. It would need to be exact.

Anyway.........

People remember that this ......... post is about Denise...But I am sure she will enjoy reading all the threads contained withen when she comes back.

Secondly, If you go to the search box and type anyone's name into it, weather you use upper or lower case, it should lead to only ONE person.

The issue with the original "I.AM.WINNER"........is another player has the nic I Am Winner without the fullstops and a mixture of Caps and Lower-Case, these are different people.This is what could be causing the confusion......

If you do what Motorgem says, but this time type i am winner

[ Notice NO Full stops, you get this other player, which is not the Original I.AM.WINNER, Which we all know and admire. ]
