I agree with you 100% Suzie. I started playing here about 3 year ago and it use to be a really good site. In the last year or so you almost have to spend a fotune just to play here anymore. Seems that only certain players win. Which I might add is on a nightly basis while some can't hit anything for weeks at a time. Maybe it's just me (which I seriously doubt!) but seems to me like they'd want to keep all the players happy... not just a "select few".

It seems as though GD's business model is just to make as much money as possible and provide minimal service to it's players. I have seen many posts on this forum that get half-ass answers or are ignored completely:
Why do you not explain completely the rakeback calculations?
Why do you not explain the system and amounts of getting "free" chips when logging in?
Why don't you screen offensive screename IDs before approving. My chat would be blocked for simply typing in the name of a player that YOU have approved. It should not be incumbant of me to draft an email bringing it to your attention. That is YOUR job.
You should have a feature to block an image without having, again, to draft an email to you explaing the details. If I personally don't like an image, I'm not demanding it be taken away...I just dont want to see it. Right now you have a pic under "Recent Profiles" of a man with something in his mouth with big block letters stating, "I Love To Suck Cock". Is that the image your company wants to promote?
I would think that you would strive to present a professional, fair and fun site.
I understand that you are in business to make money, but if you are not above-board and providing comprehensive and quality administrative support to your players...good luck surviving. There are plenty of other alternatives.

You would think instead of gifts they would at least give you chips for your birthday and for every year you have been a member and so on Like free chips for Christmas and then some

Why is GD charging a fee when chips are transferred from player to player when they are owned/earned by the player and it is a nominal computer function on GD's part?
