Problem in Backgammon

I have experienced two different problems in Backgammon.
1) when the game starts no dice show up. If I transfer the admin, they appear. Problem is, the game the dice do not appear, and I have already transfered the admin. Now what can I do?
2) Somethime while playing the board flips back to the original start position and after my time runs out for my turn, if flips back to the same place in the game. BUT because my time runs out, the computer moves my pieces. This happens a few time during hte game and I end up losing because I can not move my pieces.
