Two environmental groups won an interim injunction
Tuesday forcing Tesla to suspend forest clearing for a new plant outside Berlin.
Citing the presence of indigenous European snakes and lizards,
Brandenburg's Green League (Grüne Liga) and the Nature and Biodiversity
Conservation Union (NABU) obtained an emergency order from the
Administrative Court in Frankfurt-an-der-Oder, a city bordering Poland.
Tesla got a permit last week to clear 83 more hectares (205 acres) of pine trees for its
"gigafactory" plant at Grünheide, south of Berlin.
The US carmaker wants the extra forest cleared for product storage and a waste water
conduit next to its intended factory to assemble up to 500,000 electric vehicles annually.
During site preparation work, an initial 92 hectares of forest was cleared.
Tesla plans to open the plant by July next year.
After briefly getting the greenlight to continue clearing a forest near Berlin,
Tesla was ordered by a second court to halt work.
Nature conservationists have raised concerns about lizards and snakes living in the woods.
Work on Tesla's planned factory outside of Berlin was halted for the second time this week, after a court issued a temporary halt to construction on Thursday.
The Berlin-Brandenburg Upper Administrative Court ordered Tesla to halt work on clearing a forest after nature conservation groups Green League (Grüne Liga) and the Nature and Biodiversity Conservation Union (NABU) filed an emergency appeal.
Hours earlier, an administrative court in the eastern city of Frankfurt an der Oder rejected an emergency appeal lodged earlier this week by the conservation groups, ruling that an existing Tesla permit was lawful.
The rejection meant Tesla got the green light to continue clearing trees — but activists immediately filed a renewed injunction with a higher court. The environment ministry for the state of Brandenburg gave the initial green light on November 30.

Buenos días, señores de Gamedesire, como no puedo hacer una queja por las vías que corresponde hacerlo, ya que parece me tienen bloqueada y desconozco los motivos, lo haré en público, además de haberme estafado en la compra de las fichas, porque no existe ningún comentario o aviso que en la compra se hace una diferencia adicional , ya que he comprado varias veces y nunca me ha sucedido, tengo que decir que lo que sucede en la mesa de 75 bolas de 2.400 es muy evidente las maniobras que hacen y ganan mil bingos las mismas personas, en muchas horas que he estado he visto ganar solamente a uno 30 bingos y son muy selectos porque siempre son los mismos, hoy así como he comprado me las han robado, y digo robado porque no dan nada, solamente a las mismas personas que son cuentas que no existen COMPROBADO, y es muy llamativo como tiran directo a esos cartones obviamente ya es muy evidente que están marcados, señores mi padre tiene acciones en un Casino en el cuál juego en dolares y nunca suceden estas cosas, y cuando vio lo que hacen acá siempre me dice que no compre que acá hay mano negra, y tiene razón pero soy cabeza dura y lo sigo haciendo, PERO YA ME CANSE, y lo digo con todas las letras acá ESTAFAN A LA GENTE!! por ese motivo y con los comprobantes que me acompañan donde he comprado fichas por un valor y me cobraron más de lo que indica, vuelvo a repetir no hay nada que diga que es así ni en el reglamento de GAMEDESIRE, entonces tomaré las medidas pertinentes a esta estafa, si tienen la gentileza o son personas de dar la cara y decirme que fue un error lo comprenderé , pero de no ser así accionaré por las vías que corresponden, sin más que decir que pasen un buen día.GAMEDESIRE

El cuento de la libélula
En el fondo de un viejo estanque vivía un grupo de larvas que no comprendían por qué cuando alguna de ellas ascendía por los largos tallos de lirio hasta la superficie del agua, nunca más volvía a descender donde ellas estaban.
Se prometieron una a otra que la próxima de ellas que subiera hasta la superficie, volvería para decirles a las demás lo que le había ocurrido.
Poco después, una de dichas larvas sintió un deseo irresistible de ascender hasta la superficie.
Comenzó a caminar hacia arriba por uno de los finos tallos verticales y cuando finalmente estuvo fuera se puso a descansar sobre una hoja de lirio. Entonces experimentó una transformación magnifica que la convirtió en una hermosa libélula con unas alas bellísimas.Trató de cumplir su promesa, pero fue en vano.
Volando de un extremo al otro de la charca podía ver a sus amigas sobre el fondo.
Entonces comprendió que incluso si ellas a su vez hubieran podido verla, nunca habrían reconocido en esta criatura radiante a una de sus compañeras.
El hecho de que después de esa transformación que llamamos muerte, no podamos ver a nuestros amigos o familiares, ni comunicarnos con ellos, no significa que hayan dejado de existir…«LA MUERTE, NO ES MÁS QUE UN CAMBIO DE MISIÓN».
