Take a look at yourself,
And see what's right in front of you.
Life isn't as long as you think,
And I could be gone tomorrow.

Everyone always says,
"Live every day, like it's your last."
I just figure you're gonna die;
Why not make it happen faster?

Sometimes I don't want that,
I just want to keep my life and move on.
But the first time I let that razor hit my wrist,
I didn't lose any hope or faith.

But I lost myself.
I died right there,
Some would think that's not true,
But that's just coming from someone who has a heart.

Life is much more complicated than people think,
And it takes so much more than a kiss to make things better.
Bandaids aren't the answer to lifes problems.
